Multi-Functional Pyrolysis System 2020iD
The Multi-Functional Pyrolysis System consists of the Double-Shot Pyrolyzer (2020iD) and its accessories. This system is able to rapidly characterize virtually any material. The analyst can select six analytical methods:
(1) evolved gas analysis (EGA),
(2) flash pyrolysis,
(3) reactive pyrolysis,
(4) thermal desorption,
(5) a two step method - the first step can be temperature programmed, the second step is isothermal. For example, a classical double-shot analysis is thermal desorption (TD) followed by pyrolysis (Py),
(6) heart cutting of individual EGA thermal zones - HC-GC/MS.
